🌍 Welcoming WFTF to the Wild2Earth Platform

We’re excited to announce that Water for the Future (WFTF) has joined the growing community of organisations using the Wild2Earth Management App to power ecological restoration in urban catchments.

WFTF is a South African non-profit working to restore degraded ecosystems while creating jobs through its #SUNCASA programme — a community-based workforce tackling environmental challenges head-on.

To support their work, Wild2Earth has delivered a fully customised field management system, designed to meet WFTF’s specific project needs. Key features include:

QR-code attendance tracking, linked to payroll and performance

Offline field functionality for data collection in remote or low-connectivity areas

Biodiversity monitoring, including species like owls, lizards, and mongooses

Logging of urban pressures such as dumping, ritual remnants, and informal settlements

Invasive species task tracking and rehabilitation mapping

GIS integration and satellite imagery for visualizing site progress

By turning day-to-day fieldwork into real-time insights and measurable impact, Wild2Earth helps teams like WFTF strengthen their reporting, accountability, and long-term restoration outcomes.

One of Wild2Earth’s biggest advantages is customizability — we tailor every system to fit your workflow, data needs, and ecosystem focus. Whether online or offline, our tools are built for teams working on the ground.

We’re proud to support WFTF’s vital work and look forward to growing impact, one hectare at a time.
